- Whole Urad Dal with skin(Sprouted)
- Saamai/Little Millet
- Coconut
- Cardamom
Recipe
1. URAD DAL Porridge
- Add 1 spoon of Ana Foods Urad dal mix and a pinch of salt to a glass of water and mix well without any lumps
- Add a glass of water to a vessel and bring it to boil
- Once the water starts boiling, simmer the flame and add the diluted urad dal mix to it and keep stirring
- Cook on medium flame for 2-3 mins until the porridge gets cooked
- Add Jaggery Powder/Palm Jaggery as per your taste preference
2. URAD DAL Halwa
- Add 1 spoon of Ana Foods Urad dal mix and a pinch of salt to a glass of water and mix well without any lumps
- Add a glass of water to a vessel and bring it to boil
- Once the water starts boiling, simmer the flame and add the diluted urad dal mix to it and keep stirring
- Cook on medium flame for 2-3 mins until the mix gets cooked.
- Add Jaggery Powder/Palm Jaggery as per your taste preference
- Add ghee and cook until it gets thickened to halwa consistency
