We are natives of the Namakkal and Salem districts, regions known for their rich agricultural heritage. Today, Ana Foods is proudly operated from Salem, but our story began much earlier β€” in our fields, alongside our parents

Both the founders of Ana Foods β€” Prabhakaran & Dhivya β€” come from hardcore agricultural families. Farming is not just a profession for our parents; it is their life. Even today, we continue to cultivate a few of our products on our own land, staying closely connected to the soil that raised us.

Like many first-generation dreamers , we completed our Engineering and spent several years working in the IT sector. But no matter where we worked, our hearts stayed with our families and their produce. We saw the struggles our farmer parents faced β€” hard work, low returns, middlemen, and little control over pricing.

That’s when Ana Foods took shape.

Our goal was simple yet powerful:

- Help our parents and fellow farmers sell directly to customers

- Value-add traditional produce instead of selling it raw

- Ensure better income for farmers and pure, trustworthy food for families
