How to Use
- Porridge: Add 2 tsp of jowar flour to a glass of water, mix without lumps, and heat on low flame for 2–3 minutes. Add a pinch of salt or jaggery powder to taste.
- Roti / Chapati: Mix 50% jowar flour with 50% whole wheat flour for a nutritious multigrain roti. You can also add other millet flours for a multigrain blend.
