Sprouted samba wheat, red rice, ragi (finger millet), kambu (pearl millet), kuthiraivali (barnyard millet), varagu (kodo millet), saamai (little millet), cholam (jowar/sorghum), maize, cashew, almonds, pista, groundnut, chickpeas, green gram, urad dal, roasted gram, horse gram, soya, cardamom, dry ginger

Usage:

Mix 2 spoons of the health mix with one cup of water. Stir well to avoid lumps. Cook on medium flame for 5–7 minutes, stirring continuously. Optionally add salt, pepper, jeera powder, or a natural sweetener. Serve warm. Can also be used to make dosa, idly, pancakes, kheer, cookies, and cakes.
