Description

Anafoods Multimillet Semiya, 100% Vegetarian.
Zero Maida, Backed, No preservatives added, and no artificial colors added.
Soak for 2 minutes and Cooks in 5 Minutes.
Best before 9 months from DOP.

Preparation:
Soak a pack of Ana Foods Semiya in 1L of water with 2 tsp of salt for 2 min(until the semiya becomes soft)
Drain the water and steam the soaked semiya or Vermicelli for 5 mins covered in a wet white cloth

Sweet Semiya:
Add Jaggery powder & grated coconut to the semiya while it is hot and allow it to rest for 10 mins

Spicy Semiya:Allow the steamed semiya to cool completely
Temper the semiya with mustard, dal, curry leaves, chilly, veggies, and salt
