Ragi Milk Porridge Recipe:
- Rinse and soak ragi/finger millet overnight in water
- Drain the soaked ragi and blend in a grinder with little water
- Strain the blended ragi through a muslin cloth and extract the milk
- Cook the ragi milk on low flame to get the porridge of desired consistency
Optional:
You can add ghee / Nuts at a later stage
Jaggery/ Palm jaggery can be added after 1 year
Storage:
Store it in an air tight container away from moisture
